The spreadsheets contained address point information and associated refuse route information. These address points were matched to the existing FACILITIES.VW_ADDRESS and FACILITIES.VW_ADDRESS_UNIT feature classes and used as the primary data source when creating the polygons. Each polygon represents a route-schedule (there are multiple schedules per route)
